Trouble	Cause	Repair
It could not record and playback. Mechanism control was no problem.	An chemical capacitor of the -12V regulator for dolby  LSI was shorted.	Replace the capacitor.
Any key didn't work.	An chemical capacitor of the +5V regulator for logic control CPU was shorted.	Replace the capacitor.
