AM-FM Stereo Tuner KT-900 (TRIO-Kenwood)

When I got this tuner, there wasn't any audio output signal on FM and AM band. So I checked the voltages of some points. There was lower voltage output from the AVR( Fig.1). It was required about +13V, but the actual voltage was only +8.2V.

There was a soldering clack at Q26's emitter lead. After re-soldering Q26, the correct voltage was output from the AVR (Fig.2).
